Ingredients

    Fish:
    4 Tilapia fillets
    1Tbs Lime Juice
    1Tbs Lemon Juice
    2 Tbs Grapeseed Oil

    Mango Salsa:
    2 Ripe Mangos
    2 Large tomatoes
    1/2 Medium red onion
    1 Bunch of Chopped Cilantro
    1 Tbs Chipotle powder
    1 Tbs Olive Oil
    1 Tbs Lemon Juice

    White Sauce:
    1/2 Cup Mayonnaise (Miracle Whip)
    1/2 Cup Sour Cream
    1/2 packet of Old El Paso Taco Seasoning or any taco seasoning
    1/4 Cup chopped Cilantro

    Tacos:
    8 corn tortillas
    1 avacado


Directions

Mango Salsa:
Slice tomato and take meat out. Dice into quarter-inch pieces. Peel and dice mango, also in quarter-inch pieces. Dice red onion. Finely chop cilantro. Mix together in large bowl along with cilantro, chipotle powder, olive oil, and lemon juice. Refrigerate until ready to use.

White Sauce:
Finely chop cilantro. Add sour cream, Miracle Whip, taco seasoning, and 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro to a small bowl and mix well.

Fish:
Slice Tilapia fillets in 1/2 in strips. Put in shallow pan, squeeze lemon and lime juice on Tilapia and let marinate for 5 minutes. Add Grapeseed oil to hot pan, pour tilapia strips with lemon and lime juice into hot pan, and cook for 4 minutes or until done.

To make Tacos:
Chop or slice Avocado.
Heat corn tortillas.
Put mango salsa, white sauce, avocado, and cooked Tilapia on warm corn tortillas.
