    1 Top sirloin 16 ouncesroast slice slin against the grain.'
    Season all meat sides with seasoning and meat tenderizer.\
    4 limes squeezed.
    1 onion sliced thin
    6 tablespoons cilantro


Slice your meat exptemely thin or have butcher slice thin. Marinate all day, and let meat come out to room temperature before cooking on high for one minute each side.


Cut up vegetables and add all ingriedents in a bowl. Marinate all day or as long as you can. bring out of fridge at least an hour before cooking cook on extreme high heat one minute on each side. Serve with Pico de Gallo and fresh pinapple.
