Introduction

    75g red cabbage chopped
    75g broccoli chopped
    2 med carrots gratted
    2 sticks celery sliced
    2 spring onions
    150g smoked or marinated togu diced

    dressing
    2 tbsp cold pressed mixed seed oil
    1 tablespoon lemon juice or cidre vinegar
    fresh ground black pepper to taste.

Tips

if you keep the tofu and dressing seperate this will hold up for a couple of days in the fridge but fresh is best if you can.


Directions

chop, grate and slice salad ingredits combine in a bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients of salad together and pour over salad. toss together and serve.
