Ingredients

    Lean Ground Beef
    Long Grain White Rice
    Canned/Fresh Veggies (Peas)
    Seasonings (of your choice)
    Water

Directions

Brown the ground beef with any seasonings you'd like. I like seasonal salt, pepper, garlic power and salt, calintro cubes and an onion cube. Wash the rice twice, while meat is browning. Then, in a separate pot, use a thin layer of Crisco Vegetable Oil and fry a few rice grains. Once those are fried, throw the rest of the rice and 2 cups of water then cover. You can use any vegetables you'd like, I used peas. Cook in a separate pot. Once meat is brown and strained, rice is soft and veggies are done, combine in one and serve :)
