Ingredients

    3 Large Carrots
    2 Medium or Large Tomatoes
    2 Apples

Tips

The Juiced carrots, apples, and tomatoes make a fruit and veggie juice. I then put 6-8 oz of in a blender. Then add 1 banana, 1 cup of spinach or kale, and 1 cup of Strawberries or mixed fruit. Blend well. Add water as needed to get the consistency you require.
