Introduction

This is a nice thick mildly flavoured shake for recovery. The flavour is not particularly strong towards any one ingredient, so you may want to add more of something if you want to really have that flavour come through. Ingredients

    6 oz skim milk
    4 oz almond milk
    1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
    1 tbsp flax seed (preferrably sprouted)
    1 kiwi, washed, ends trimmed and cubed (skin on)
    1/4 of an avocado, cubed

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and liquify for about a minute or until fully blended.
