Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cups quick cooking oats
    1/8 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 tbs butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    4 tbs peanut butter

Tips

It's yummy served with milk poured over top! To make a larger dish, double ingredients and bake in 9x13 dish.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together and stir. Mix milk and egg in measuring cup and add to dry ingredients. Add in margarine, vanilla and peanut butter and stir well. Spread into greased (I used cooking spray) 8x8 or 9x9 dish. Bake 20 minutes or longer if you like it a little crunchy on top.
