Introduction

Fast, easy and tasty! You can use plain greek yogurt instead of the chobani brand. Fast, easy and tasty! You can use plain greek yogurt instead of the chobani brand.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup dry oats
    1/2 cup greek style yogurt ( i used Chobani Plain)
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp vanilla extract
    1 dash of cinnamon
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 TBSP sweetener or sugar

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together, pour batter onto pan so it will match the serving size of 12 oatcakes, cook like a regular pancake and flip when you are satisfied.Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy :)
