Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
    1 can sweet peas, drained (you can also use corn, carrots, or any other vegis desired)
    3 slices american cheese
    1 cup brown gravy

Directions

Brown ground beef, mix in 1 cup brown gravy and 1 can drained peas in a 9x9 baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes over the mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes until cheese starts to melt or brown.
