This is a very simple but tasty meal that my family loves! This is a very simple but tasty meal that my family loves!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 Hot Italian sausage links
    1 lb chicken breast
    2 8 oz. bags of jumbo shrimp
    1 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes
    1 can chicken broth
    1 large green bell pepper
    1 large onion
    2 tsp oregano
    2 tsp parsley
    2 tsp cajun
    1 tsp cayenne
    0.5 tsp thyme

Directions

Parboil sausage links (so they are easier to cut). Cut into 1 inch cubes, the sausage and the chicken. Place everything except for the shrimp and rice into the crockpot. Cook for 3.5 hours. Stir in the shrimp, then in the last 15 minutes, stir in the rice. Serve hot.
