1 Tablespoon Late Harvest Riesling Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
.5 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

the riesling vinegar is very sweet and fruity, the balsamic still sweet and fruity but less so. The more age that is on the balsamic the sweeter and more developed the flavor will be. The Cider vinegar will smell fruity but have a lot of bite. ALWAYS SEASON YOUR SALAD this dressing recipe doesn't have salt and pepper because it's best just to salt and pepper the salad to taste after putting on your dressing!
Directions
just mix all the ingredients well, the mustard makes it a little thicker and it and the cider vinegar give a little more of that bite. Make sure to add salt and pepper or other herbs if you like. Other things such as honey, maple syrup or any kind of salad oil could be added but it will change the calorie cound
