Ingredients

Yellow Mustard, Chili Powder, Garlic powder, 1/3 cup of molasses, 2-lbs. lean or extra lean ground beef, 14-16 oz canned diced tomatoes, 14-16 oz canned tomato sauce, 1 cup uncooked white, long grain rice.
Tips
-Could reduce sodium content by using fresh, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce or by draining diced tomatoes. Just make sure you add enough liquid to cook the rice
- We have used Buckwheat Honey in a pinch if out of molasses.
- Experiment with the spices to make this dish your own
Directions
Brown Ground beef, remove from heat and drain excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes without draining the liquid. Stir in 3 tablespoons of yellow mustard, 2 teaspoons of chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Add rice and enough liquid to barely cover mixture. Bring to a boil on the stovetop, reduce heat and cover. Simmer until rice is tender(about 20 minutes). Add more water as needed. Stir before serving and enjoy!
