Ingredients

    Beans, black, 2 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, canned, 2 cup
    Sweet peppers (bell), .25 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, .25 tsp
    Cumin, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup

Directions

Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. In a food processor coarse chop mushrooms, sweet bell peppers, onions and garlic. Scrape out and set a side. Now add both the black & pinot beans, egg, cumin and red or cyenne peppers to the food processor and pulse until you get the consistency of chunky peanut butter. Add bread crumbs as needed to absorb mositure. Mix should be a bit tacky but hold form. Scrape out and mix in course chopped veggies until well blended. Place foil or parchment paper on large cookie sheet. If using foil spray foil with non stick cooking spray. Form each patty and place on try. Place in over for 10 - 15 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
