Ingredients

    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 4 lb
    *Pepperocini - Mezzetta Deli Sliced Mild Pepper Rings, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)

Directions

Place roast in crockpot, cover with other ingredients. Cook on low for up to 10 hrs.
