Ingredients

    1LB Ground Turkey
    2 Green Peppers, chopped
    1 Red Onion, Chopped
    1 LG Can Crushed Italian Tomatoes
    2 SM Cans Stewed Mexican Tomatoes
    1 SM Can Diced Tomatoes
    1 Zucchini
    1 Summer Squash
    1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
    1 Can Light Red Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
    1 Package Ortega Chili Spices (serves 6 at 15 calories)

Directions

Brown Turkey in a large pot, add green peppers and onion.

Add all liquid (4 cans of tomato sauces)

Add zucchini, summer squash, Chili Spices and rinsed kidney beans.

Let simmer on the stove top for 3 hours, stirring occasionally OR add all to a slow cooker.
