    1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
    2 LARGE EGGS

    BLEND INGRED WITH HAND HELD BLENDER, ADD DRY INGRED AND CONTINUE TO BLEND UNTIL MIXTURE IS SMOOTH

    OPTIONAL - YOU CAN ADD CHOPPED WALNUTS TO THE TOP

    POUR INTO A BREAD PAN

    BAKE AT 350 FOR 60 MINS
