Ingredients

1 1/4 lb 99% fat free ground turkey
    1 lb lean ground chicken
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix Lower Sodium Chicken (dry)
    2 large eggs
12- 1/2 oz slices American cheese
    Cooking spray

Tips

I tend to serve the burgers on Martin's Whole Wheat Potato Rolls.

Directions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (with hands preferably) until well combined. Form mixture into 4 oz patties.

Use cooking spray on whichever cooking vessel you are using. Place Burgers on a pre-heated grill, griddle, pan, or panini press. Unless using a panini or contact grill, cook for 3 1/2- 5 minutes per side. Place the cheese on the burger for the last 30 seconds to one minute, to melt.

Serve on your bread, or roll, of choice. Garnish with your favorite toppings
