Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
Steam Fresh Sweet Peas
Uncle Ben's Boil in Bag Whole Grain Rice
Tips
For an individual serving you would only had 1/2 the bag of rice and 1/2 bag of veggies.
Directions
Start by placing the chick on a skillet and cover liberally with rosemary garlic.
Put water to boil
Flip chicken and cover liberally with rosemary garlic, cook till brown
Once water starts to boil put 1 bag of rice in and start time for 5 minutes.
When timer goes off, put steamfresh veggies in the microwave for 5 minutes (will change depending on microwave wattage)
When time goes off, rice and veggies are done, make sure chicken is cooked well.
Serving Size: Makes 2 Meals
