Ingredients

    1 Cup flour (Harina Pan)
    1⁄2 tsp Salt
    1 1⁄2 Cups Cold Water (add more if necesary)

Tips

Be carefull with the salt when doing them for the first time.


Directions

Mix all 3 ingredients on a bowl. First adding the amount of flour desired with the salt and slowly puoring water on it while kneading.
Continue doing this until you achive a consistent dough.
Take small amounts of dough (smaller than the palm of your hand) make a round but flat form and put it on a fry pan.
Leave them there and turn them arround as the get harder (as if toasting them).
After a few minutes they are ready to be filled, with cheese, jam, etc. and eaten.
