    2 cups shredded Mozzarella
    3/4 cup shredded Parmesan Reggiano
    2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    3 tsp granulated garlic
    3 large eggs


Preheat oven to 450'

Mix everything together in a large bowl.

Spread mixture evenly on a pizza pan.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden. Remove from oven & top with whatever ingredients your heart desires! (pictured is more cheese, green onion, olive, bacon, & mushroom)

After topped, broil for 3-5 minutes to melt/heat toppings.

    . Well this is "crust" is awesome...Yummm! Yummm! Yummm! And did I say YUMM! My husband liked this better than the store brand! See several possiblities for use pizzas, garlic bread, cheese "toast"...OMG! This is good...hope others try it and like it. Thanks for the recipe! - 6/18/12
