Ingredients

    1/2 cup white beans, 1/2 cup kidney beans, 1/2 cup black beans, 1 lb ground turkey breast 99% lean, 1 cup red onion, 1 cup cilantro, 1 tspn sea salt, 2 tblspn italian seasoning, 2 tblspn red pepper flakes, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup coconut oil, 5 cloves lg garlic. crock pot, 2 qt pot for rice.

Tips

serve with freshly chopped onions, avacado, and cilantro to taste


Directions

wash and chop onions, cilantro and garlic. wash and set beans aside. boil three cups water add beans and vegetables tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic. cook turkey then add to beans with salt and italian seasoning and pepper in crock pot.cook until beans can be smashed with spoon. cook brown rice and oil to two cups water in seperate pot.
