Ingredients

1.5 cups of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup watermelon
1 cup pineapple
350g vanilla yoghurt
1 Scoop Atkins Advantage Shake Mix Vanilla
Water (to help blend)
Directions
Dice watermelon and pineapple, then place in food processor with all other ingredients.
Blend until well mixed, adding more water if needed.
Pour into plastic cups and stand popstick in mixture.
Place on a clear shelf in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until frozen solid.
Serving Size: Makes 8 "pops"
