    15 oz. can of black beans
    1 1/2 C. Maple Syrup
    1/2 C. Cocoa Powder
    2 Tbl. Flax Seed (ground)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 C. gluten free flour (I used a combo of flours)


Can add chocolate chips and/or nuts if desired.


Drain and rinse the black beans. Put beans and maple syrup into a food processor fitted with an S-Blade. Process until smooth.
Add all other ingredients and process until smooth.
Put into a square silicone baking dish and place into a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
