Ingredients

    3/4 cup rolled oats
    2 Tbsp unsalted, roasted sunflower seeds
    2 Tbsp pistachios, chopped
    1/4 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
    1/4 cup dried blueberries, roughly chopped
    2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
    1 Tbsp honey
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, making sure to evenly distribute all ingredients.
Roll into 12 balls.
Chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.

Serving Size: makes 12 bites
