1/2 tbsp Light Mayo
2 oz chicken breast, deli lower-sodium (approx)
1 oz london broil, deli (approx)
Shredded lettuce
1 slice tomato
1 oz queso cheese, shredded (or chesse of choice)
Tips
Wrapping sandwich in foil will help it stay together. Just peel back the foil and eat.
Sandwich tastes better when eaten fresh; keeping in fridge overnight in the fridge causes the flatbread to get soggy.
Directions
Lay flatbread flat, spread on mayo. Layer meat, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Starting on one end, roll flatbread around filling.
