Ingredients

    1/4 C Old Fashioned Oats
    1/2 C Almond Milk (Plain, unsweetened)
    1/4 C Fat-free Greek Yogurt
    2 T Chia Seeds
    1 T Agave Nectar
    1/3 C Fresh Blueberries

Tips

Play around w/the ingredients to suit your taste. The options are almost endless!


Directions

This is how I did it, using a 16 oz mason jar:
Put in the oats, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds & agave nectar. Put the cover on & SHAKE :)
Add the blueberries & shake a little more.
Store in the fridge overnight - the next morning - ENJOY!

    I recently tasted "cold" oatmeal and I have to first say, I HATE hot oatmeal, but I love the cold version. It is so yummy!

    Incredible!
    Absolutely loved this. Didn't add the yogurt, added extra blue berries, it is something I will make time and again. Its great to open the fridge and have something all ready for me to eat in the morning. - 2/7/13
