Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound xlean ground beef
    1 cup chopped (julienne) onions
    1 cup chopped (julienne) celery
    2 cup chopped (julienne) carrots
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    6 cups bean sprouts
    garlic (optional)
    light soy sauce (optional to taste)
    Chow mein sauce mix (optional - follow directions)



Directions

In non-stick pan, stirfry ground beef with onions, chopped onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms and garlic until ground beef is completely cooked. Add soy sauce and bean sprouts, stir just until blended and bean sprouts a bit wilted (just a few minutes), add chow mein sauce mix... sauce should thicken immediately... ready to serve... Can be served with rice.
