Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Coconut Oil, .6 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1.4 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    vanilla 1 1/2 tsp. ( not in ingredient list... couldn't find it on spark people)

Tips

You can icing it after completely cooled, but we prefer it plain.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 12 muffin tins with pan/ or cooking spray. Combine all dry ingredients. Then pour in liquid ingredients. Mix until combined smooth. Coconut oil will become solid, so you have to break it up with a fork or mixer. Bake 25 minutes, until tooth pick comes clean.
