Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s)
Barilla Whole Grain Rotini, 7 serving
Del Monte Traditional Pasta Sauce (6 servings per can), 6 serving
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Drain and add garbanzo beans around the pork.
Drain and add corn on top of garbanzo beans.
Add water.
Add Ranch Seasoning mix.
Cover and set on Low.
Prior to serving, boil water and cook pasta per instructions on box.
With an electric hand mixer, shred pork and mix well with garbanzo beans and corn.
Add pasta sauce and mix well.
Then drain the pasta and mix it in with the slurry.
Serve.
Serving Size: 6
