Ingredients

    1 container plain chobani greek yogurt
    1/3c. baby carrots
    1 c. fresh kale ripped up
    1/4 c. baby spinach ripped up
    6 medium strawberries (frozen from fresh)
    1/2 c. blueberries (frozen from fresh)
    1 mango (flesh only)
    1.5 c. almond milk
    1 large apple (cored, not peeled)

Tips

My kids LOVED this- and they hate their veggies! It is a little textured or gritty, but tastes great and is super healthy:) For the kids, I put it in cups with wide straws.


Directions

put all ingredients in blender and liquefy. I had to put what would fit (including liquids), then blend, then add the rest and blend again.
