Ingredients

    1 & 1/2 C PART SKIM RICOTTA
    3 OZ PART SKIM MOZZARELLA SHREDDED
    1 OZ ROMANO CHEESE GRATED
    1 CUP EGG SUBSTITUTE
    1 10 OZ PKG FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH ALL WATER REMOVED
    4 LARGE WONTON WRAPS
    SEASONING OF SALT, PEPPER, BASIL, GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE

Directions

MIX TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE WONTON WRAPS. SPRAY AN 8 X 8 PAN SPRAYED WITH PAM. PLACE ONE WONTON WRAP IN BOTTOM OF PAN AND SPRAY WITH PAM...DO THIS TWICE. ADD CHEESE MIXTURE AND REPEAT TWICE MORE WITH WONTONS.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES
