Ingredients

    Preparation time: 10 minutes from microwave to plate

    You will need:

    1 Ziploc Steamer Bag (medium size)

    1/2 raw, skinless, boneless, chicken breast
    1 tbsp Kraft Zesty Italian Calorie-Wise Salad Dressing
    1 tsp ground oregano
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
    1 Oroweat Pocket Thin (Italian Herb Flavor)
    1/2 tsp crushed pecans
    1/2 tsp crushed walnuts
    Weight watchers cream cheese spread
    1 Sprig Italian Parsley
    3-4 slices cucumber (slice thin)
    3-4 wedges roma tomatoes (thin wedges)
    1/4 piece Romaine lettuce leaf





Directions

Place raw chicken breast, salad dressing, seasoning, and oregano in Ziploc steamer bag. Gently massage ingredients together to coat chicken. Place in microwave and cook chicken 3 minutes (or per instructions on Ziploc steamer bag). Remove from microwave and set aside. Wrap Pocket Thin in a paper towel and heat in microwave for 20 seconds. Remove.
Remove chicken from Steamer Bag and slice thinly.

Open warm Pocket Thin and spread cream cheese inside pocket on both sides; Sprinkle pecans and walnuts inside pocket; stuff pocket with sliced chicken and garnish with lettuces, cucumber, tomatoe, and parsley. Enjoy!
