Introduction

This recipe calls for very few ingredients, yet it's incredibly tasty. The perfect Pure Protein day recipe if you are a Dukaner...suitable for Attack/PP/PV days! I use chicken thighs (skinless, bone-in) but you could use chicken drumsticks (skinless) if you wish - just as good! This recipe calls for very few ingredients, yet it's incredibly tasty. Ingredients

8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs or chicken tenders
    3 T Balsamic Vinegar
3 T Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Splenda or (2 T Brown Sugar Blend Splenda or 3 T honey Consolidation)
2 tsp. chili paste OR 2 tsp. chili flakes

Directions

In a non-stick skillet with a bit of cooking spray, brown both sides of your chicken on medium-high heat. Chicken thighs should probably cook for about 5 minutes each side, chicken drumsticks for about 8. I like to set a timer, so while your chicken is cooking, combine the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, or until it thickens. After your chicken has browned, add the sauce to the skillet (cover with lid or foil) and cook for another 5-10 minutes for thighs, 10-15 minutes for drumsticks, or until chicken is fully cooked. Enjoy!
