Introduction

Vietnamese Quiche made with the distictive fish sauce (I prefer Tapiro brand fish sauce). Traditionally eaten with steamed white rice and boiled cabbage (cold or room temperature). Ingredients

    8 large eggs
    1 pound ground pork
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp fish sauce

Tips

If you prefer it with more crust allow to bake for an extra 3 - 5 minutes until light golden brown.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients in mixer or by hand with fork. Pour into square or round casserole/baking dish (approximately 2 quart size). Bake for 45 minutes (+- five minutes depending on the oven). Remove from oven and let cool for another 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Size: Makes eight 4-ounce servings
