    1/4 cup soft margarine spread
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper


Directions

In small bowl, combine margarine, vinegar, oregano, garlic and pepper.

Serve with vegetables or hot cooked pasta.
