Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Margarine
    1/2 Cup Onions, chopped
    1 Cup Carrots, chopped
    2 Cans Chicken broth, 98% fat free
    1 Can Vegetable broth
    1/2 lb Chicken breast, cooked
    2 Cups Egg noodles
    1/2 tsp Basil
    1/2 tsp Oregano
    2 tsp Parsley
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

I boil 2 whole chicken breasts and shred them up. You can also use precooked chicken breasts.


Directions

1. Melt butter in dutch oven. Cook onion until tender. Pour in both broths.

2. Stir in noodles, carrots and seasonings. Bring to a boil.

3. Simmer and reduce heat for 20 minutes.

4. Add cooked chicken.
