Introduction

A great way to use up leftover pork roast! A great way to use up leftover pork roast!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound of cooked pork loin, chopped
    1 container of fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1-2 cloves minced garlic
    2 cups hot water
    1 package of pork gravy mix
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot cooked egg noodles

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet. Saute garlic, onions, and mushrooms until tender. Add pork and heat through. Add 2 cups of hot water and the gravy mix. Stir to dissolve mix and simmer on low-medium heat. For a thicker broth add 1 1/2 cups of water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot noodles.

    You need two packs of pork gravy mix. Luckily I had two. Other than that, good blend of flavors. Will try again. - 1/7/09
