Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz
    Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup cut into 2-3 inch spears
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, coarsly chopped
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Crushed hot red pepper flakes
    Butter spray
    Fresh ground black pepper
    Sea Salt

Tips

If you are using salted butter, be sure not to add to much salt in the middle of the recipe.


Directions

Pour olive oil, 1 tsp garlic and 1tsp of crushed red pepper flakes in to large skillet over medium heat. Let garlic infuse with oil.

Add shrimp. Cook until firm. Discard any excess water.

Add frozen peas and mushrooms. Add 1 tsp garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste Cook covered until peas are unfrozen and mushroom are cooked down.

Add asparagus. Cook until asparagus is at desired tenderness (e.g., more firm = less cook time; more tender = more cook time).

Add butter spray or butter to taste

Serve immediately over pasta.
