    almonds 24
    cinnamon 1 tsp
    oats 1 cup

Tips

Replace cinnamon with cardamom powder for a different flavor.


Directions

Grind oats, and cinnamon powder in blender and keep half aside, mix dates, almond and walnut. Make round dumplings roll them in remaining oat powder.
