Ingredients

    1 T soy
    1 T honey
    1 T light butter
    1 T brown sugar
    1 T evoo
    1 clove garlic
    4 5 oz salmon fillets

Directions

Bring sauce to a boil and reduce to simmer. Baste then broil fillets on high for 10 - 12 min.
