Ingredients

    2 cups frozen okra
    1/2 c sliced onion
    3/4 c green pepper cut into strips
    1 tsp corn meal
    3 tbsp olive oil

Tips

For flavor and before cooking is completed shake a litle garlic power over okra.


Directions

While oil is getting hot in medium size pan, put okra in ziplock bag and add corn meal. Next add okra, onion and peppers in pan.
