Ingredients

    Betty Crocker Scalloped Potato box, Follow instructions
    4 Chicken Breasts
    1 Package frozen/1 head Fresh Broccoli
    Season chicken raw to your herbs of choice, I prefer Italian & Garlic Salt combo and sprinkle panko bread crumbs over top

Directions

Follow instructions on scalloped potato box, Add broccoli to potatoes in baking dish, Season and place raw chicken over top of potatoes and bake as directed for 35 minutes. For a little extra, add panko bread crumbs overtop of chicken and potatoes for topping 15 minutes before done.
