Ingredients

    2 c Oats, steel cut
    1 c Peanut Butter, creamy
    1/2 c Honey
    1/2 c Apple Sauce
    1 c Dark Chocolate Chips
    1 c Protein Powder, unflavored or vanilla
    2 tbs Flax Seed, ground
    1 c Craisins

Tips

Store up to 2 weeks in an air tight container


Directions

1. Roast oats, dry, in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Let cool completely or they may melt the chocolate.
2. Mix all ingredients. You may need to knead by hand.
3. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour out bar batter and shape into large square, about 3/4" thick.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
