Introduction

Ingredients

    20 ounces 93% lean ground turkey
    2 slices reduced calorie whole wheat bread, crumbled
    1/4 cup wheat germ
    1 egg
    1/2 c milk
    1/2 t garlic powder
    1 T onion powder
    1 packet Sodium Free Instant Beef Broth and Seasoning packet
    1 T Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until blended. Form into 2 dozen meatballs, and place on twp nonstick baking sheets.

Bake for 15 minutes, turn meatballs, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings, 4 meatballs each
