Ingredients

5 cups Apples, slices
1 1/2 tsp. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 TBS. apple juice concentrate
3 TBS. Kretschmer Wheat Germ
3 TBS Brown Sugar,
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
1/2 cup Quick cooking Oats
Directions
Fruit filling:
Toss apples with cornstarch and cinnamon. Add juice concentrate and toss to mix. Place mixture in a 9" deep-dish pie pan.
Topping:
Combine the topping ingredients and mix until moist and crumbly. Sprinkle topping over the fruit.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Cover loosely with foil to prevent overbrowning, and continue to bake for 15-20 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
