    24 oz Low Sodium Tuna
    1/2c Oatmeal
    2/3c EggBeaters
    1/2c Green/Red/Yellow Bell Peppers (diced)
    1 stalk of Celery (chopped)
    spice to taste


These come out pretty mild...for more flavor add fresh chopped garlic & scallions


Mix all the ingredients together
Separate into 8 parts & Press into Cakes
Spray Frying pan w/Cooking Spray
Fry until it's as browned as you like it

Serving Size: Makes 8 cakes
