Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 whole bananas
    16 oz soft tofu
    1 cup water
    2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries

Tips

Freeze leftover servings in plastic cups with wax paper pressed on top to seal
-OR- Divide ingredients (except for water) into 6 equal portions and place each portion in a freezer safe container. Freeze until ready to blend.
Great use for bruised bananas!


Directions

Divide ingredients in half (3 bananas, 8 oz soft tofu, .5 cup water, 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries).
Blend in blender until smooth
Divide into 3 servings
Repeat with second half of ingredients

Serving Size: makes 6 servings
