Ingredients

    2 cups walnuts
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    3-4 stalks celery
    1 T fresh lemon juice (juice of one lemon)
    1 tsp salt
    2 sheets nori seaweed
    Large sprig fresh sage

Tips

Substitute fresh herb of choice for the sage.


Directions

Soak walnuts, drain, combine all ingredients in food processor. Serve in celery stalks, on salad, or use as a pate for crackers, or other pate usage.
