Ingredients

    1 # cooked shrimp
    2 pint size packages of grape tomatoes
    1 1/2 16 oz. box rotini
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 bunch scallions
    3/4 cup mayo (light or reg is fine)
    celery salt
    celery seed
    salt
    pepper
    onion powder


Directions

Cook pasta, drain and allow to cool for about an hour. Cut up all the veggies and the shrimp into smaller than bite size peices (this makes a lot!). Mix together shrimp, veggies, pasta, and mayonnaise. Add celery salt, celery seed, onion powder, salt and pepper generously to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 20 1-cup servings (approx)
