Ingredients

    1 cup Coconut Flakes - Dry, Unsweetened
    2 cups whole Almonds
    1/2 cup Almond Butter
    2/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
    1 tbsp Coconut Flour
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)

Tips

Store in refrigerator or try freezing them for a frozen treat. If you are eating sweeteners, The Paleo Mom adds molasses to the nut mix/paste and tops with dark chocolate.


Directions

process almonds in to course meal in food processor, add remaining ingredients except nibs and process until a paste. mix in nibs if using. pour into 9x9 pan lined with wax paper and refrigerate until hard.
